1. Port back Notification Weather Panel from AOKP ics branch 
note: weather info updates rely on wifi connection.
2. Port back Edge Gesture Navigation from previous AOKP remix project.
note: swip action may cause compatibility issues with apps which process their own gestures set. 
pls make use of the blacklist to avoid conflicts.
3. Tile Work out , port Custom and Favorite contact tile from Slim, add pa pie tile and edit expanded mode tile. 
Now you can use longpress to adjust statusbar mode in Expanded desktop mode 
4. Fixes to Active Display pocket mode, failure for renabling after pocket again. [ChameOs]
   Pls fill me info if there is battery issue with this fix.
5. removed videoeditor to downsize a little bit.

1) PNG optimization by optipng with pictures located inside Frameworks, system ui and system apps, snappier !? it should be...
2) Use 4.2.2 gpu blobs, which have better compatibility with HW video decoding.
3) ART : Fix NewLocalRef, NewGlobalRef to handle cleared weak globals. 4-byte align 64-bit values in Get/Set Double/Long for GCC 4.8.

note1: only wifi display option enabled, sink support seems not work with galaxy nexus. 
note2: You need to check the option "Wireless display certification" under developer options.
